Keri is a registered dietitian who graduated cum laude as the top academic achiever in her class at Stellenbosch University. She also holds a Diploma in Sports Nutrition and brings experience across clinical and private practice settings. Her biggest strength is translating complex nutrition science into simple, realistic strategies patients can actually stick to. Her approach is rooted in evidence, empathy, and a genuine commitment to sustainable change.
